A: All office types have their own qualities and none are really better than another. It really does depend on your criteria and what your business or company needs from the office rental that will determine what type is better for you. Q: Can you advise me on what type of office is best for me.
A: Yes, we have a free help and advice service that can recommend what type of office would be most suitable for you and your business. Q: How quick can I move into an office?
A: Moving in can be a very quick process as a lot of our office providers we deal with can move your company in on the same day. Q: Do I need to put a deposit down?
A: Normally yes but we do have offices that require no deposits at all. Q: What do serviced offices include?
A: Most serviced offices include many features, amenities, facilities and services but all vary in what they have to offer. A typical example can be seen here of what a serviced office includes. Q: How much is an office?
A: The prices do vary from one location to the next but the range is so broad that we could probably find an office that suits your budget. Q: How long can I rent an office for?
A: We have offices that can be rented from 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months but generally our office providers can negotiate term periods outside of the ones stated. Q: Do I need my own office furniture?
