If an interest is shown in a particular office on our website and you would like to book a viewing to see the office space, we would ask your permission to pass your personal information to the third party office provider in order to set up a meeting. How Long Is Your Data Kept

We only keep your personal information for as long as we have a legitimate interest to do so. Due to the nature of our office finding services, many of our clients use us every year or so in order to find them a new or larger office space for their business. They therefore prefer to be kept on our data base for longer periods.

​All personal data received and stored by us is erased after 10 years unless agreed otherwise by the client.
